Outdoor Birthday Parties at TFA!
OPTION 1: $350 - Maximum 12 children
2.5 hours total: 1.5 hours of programming/play led by a TFA Staff member, 1 hour of eating/cake/presents etc.
TFA provides: An educator, the outdoor play space, indoor food storage space, washrooms, some decor, programming, cutlery/plates/cups, tools/toys, garbage/recycling vessels
You provide (all optional based on your preferences of course):
Cake, goodie bags, added decorations, any food/snacks (use of the outdoor fire for hot dogs/pizza etc.)
Important to know:
Families are required to bring home any and all garbage/recycling
Once a time/date has been agreed upon, your TFA staff member will contact you to get to know your child so that they might plan seasonal activities and games suited to their age and preferences.
OPTION 2: $250 - Maximum 12 children
1.5 hours total - A TFA staff member will be on site, for open/close and supervisory purposes, but no programming or facilitation is expected of this staff member. (*Option to increase the time to 2.5 hours for $300.00)
TFA provides: A staff member to open/close, the outdoor play space, indoor food storage space, washrooms, cutlery/plates/cups, tools/toys, garbage/recycling vessels
You provide (all optional based on your preferences of course):
Cake, goodie bags, added decorations, any food/snacks
