Cold Weather:
Base Layer - Wool thermals, top & bottom; first pair of thin wool socks; first pair of thin gloves
Mid Layer - Wool or Fleece, top & bottom; second pair of thicker wool socks
Outer Layer - Waterproof snowsuit/shell, top and bottom; waterproof and warm boots; second pair of (waterproof) gloves; neck warmer; warm hat
*If it is warmer, you can remove the mid layer. If it is raining or very wet, add a rain suit as your outermost layer.
Hot Weather:
Base Layer - Wicking full-length pants; tall sport socks; fully enclosed shoes (hiking/running); wicking t-shirt
*A full-brimmed sun hat, bug jacket, and long-sleeve swim shirt are also recommended for protection
