Everything you need to know about registering for a program at TFA
Are you currently enrolled in a weekly program?
Yes
You automatically get re-enrolled for the next term/year in the same program/same day (unless your child has aged out, in which case you’ll be contacted)
No
You can register for any available program your child is eligible for when public registration opens.
How do I register for a program at TFA?
All registration happens through our website at www.tinyforestacademy.ca/regsiter-here
Please note that ALL registration opens at 8:30PM (at night). We do this in hopes that parents have more time to sit down and register, rather than being rushed in their morning routine. Check the link above for upcoming registration dates.
What to expect when i go to register?
When you click on the ‘register for all open programs here” button, you’ll be directed to our registration platform, called CampBrain. If it’s your FIRST time ever signing up for a program (since 2022), you’ll need to create a new user profile with email and password. This will create your parent profile. If you’re a returning family, you’ll need to LOG IN.
NEW Families: You’ll be asked to fill out a waiver, contact and child information, allergies/medical information, program choice, photo release, and possible banking info if you choose to have monthly installments (Secure bank, transit, and account info).
RETURNING Families:
You’ll need to update any contact or medical information as needed, and choose which program you’d like to register for.
This could be for a few reasons. Either registration is not yet open for that program, the program is no longer open for registration, OR your child is the wrong age for the program in which case it won’t show up. If a program is currently FULL, it will let you know there is a waitlist available.

Why cannot I not see the program I’m looking for?
How will I know if I got into the program I wanted?
If you are able to click on the program and it does NOT say ‘waitlist available’, it means there is still room and you have a temporary spot in the program. Once you click on the program during registration, it will remain in your cart for 20 min. Once that timer runs out, the spot will open again to the next person registering. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is complete and submitted.
When will I receive information about the program I successfully registered for?
1-2 weeks before the start of your program, you will receive an email with all the information you’ll need to make your program a success. This includes a link to your child’s program and our Parent Communication app for learning stories and photos/videos throughout the day. It will also let you know if there are any allergies in the class, a map to the campsite space, what to bring, who your Mentors are, and more.
